Founder & CEO

Henry Abenaim

Henry worked in the lending space for many years, as a GM of a startup company among other positions, before he hit upon the idea of CloudMyBiz in 2012. He noticed a large gap between traditional business systems and the new cloud based technology that was filling the market, and wanted to use that new potential to improve results for clients. As a result, he has seen huge impacts through advanced automations and integrations, leading to better service, better collaboration and all around improved business returns. When it comes to Salesforce, Henry believes in the platform 100%, and truly feels passionate towards using it. He loves the capability, speed and flexibility that he has when using Salesforce.

Henry prides himself on being honest and sincere. He wants business to be more than just a transaction of money for labor, but instead to be a real relationship between people and organizations. His vision for the company, and for life, is to always keep growing and developing and to never get complacent.

Originally from Montreal, he moved from the cold ski slopes to the California beaches, and loves that he almost never needs a sweater in winter. Originally (and still) a hockey fan, he has now seen the light, and become a passionate fan of American football. Henry can otherwise be found spending time with the his wife and 4 kids, travelling, and on occasion, drinking good Belgian beer.

Operations, Finance & HR Manger

Ronnie Bar-Lev Rom

Ronnie is the office backbone at CloudMyBiz. She jumped into accounting in 2005 and added HR to her resume around 2010. She has experience in various industries, such as real estate, restaurants and technology. Without her, the office would probably burst into spontaneous flames. She’s that good. Although Ronnie is relatively new to Salesforce, in her time with CloudMyBiz she has learned a lot about the platform and keeps learning something new every day.

Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her kids, family and friends. If it’s an outdoor activity, she will be there. Parks, beaches, pools, you name it. When not exploring the world, she loves listening to music and dancing her feet off.

Senior Project Manager

Mike Walsh

Mike got his first taste of Project Management at Harbor Freight Tools building out their IVR for their customer service and inbound sales lines. Shortly after that, he moved on to work with backend software to support the selling of car parts online, as well as an electronic catalog for dealerships to showcase their accessories. He stayed there for a little over 3 years before coming to CloudMyBiz. He now attributes everything he knows about Salesforce (and life) to his experience here, at CloudMyBiz.

To sum up his hobbies, it is sports, sports and more sports. He played lacrosse in college but has since traded in the lacrosse stick for golf clubs. He watches just about anything sport related. When he isn’t golfing, he can usually be found listening to country music or spending time with family and friends.

Lead Salesforce Developer

Scott Reed

Scott has been a software developer since 2013, working in a variety of industries before arriving at CloudMyBiz, such as a large payroll company, and a non-profit. Mostly self-taught, he found himself drawn to development after high school and slowly learned a number of different coding languages. When it comes to computers and development, he finds it all pretty interesting.

Outside of work, he has such unique hobbies as reading, playing guitar and watching Netflix. Super original Scott. However, he did take a recent 3 month trip to live and work in the Czech Republic. Both he and his fiancee loved it there, and want to go back for even longer. His real passion outside of work is gaming, primarily PC and old school consoles. He likes to play and beat all the old, very challenging games from his youth, such as Lion King and Quake. Especially Lion King.

Scott has two Salesforce Developer Certifications: Developer 401 and Advanced Developer 501

CFO

Henry Kim

Henry Kim is an expert at developing solutions to increase profits and solve business problems, especially in finance and operations. As CFO, Henry brings a long list of experience and success to CloudMyBiz. For more than two decades, Henry has worked as an entrepreneur, financial executive, and consultant with several start-ups, as well as, a host of small and medium-sized businesses, where he was able to repeatedly increase net profits and margins.

Henry loves to learn difficult concepts and learn them quickly. He prides himself on being able to analyze the financial data of a business, while still being able to see the big picture. He brings this same approach to his personal life, where he spends some of his free time playing chess, studying stocks & cryptocurrencies, and options trading. His other hobbies include watching historical Korean movies and listening to music: both classical and oldies from the 50’s & 60’s.

Accounting

Danielle Perlman

Danielle has over 15 years of experience working in both accounting and bookkeeping. Her experience has taken her through many diverse industries, including fashion, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, property management, real estate and now tech. Working with CloudMyBiz has been her first experience with Salesforce, so she is learning new things each and every day.

At home, Danielle spends most of her time taking care of her 4 kids. It doesn’t give her a lot of leisure time, however, when she does have it, she will often spend it with her husband. Her favorite hobby right now is drinking good coffee!

Recruitment Consultant

Marcus Carter

Marcus has over 13 years of experience finding top talent for amazing companies. His work has been heavily focused on startups in a wide variety of sectors. Recently he was a Director of Talent Acquisition for a startup focusing on software development solutions for the Oil and Gas Industry. In that position, he helped build a team of over 80 dynamic employees, implemented a hiring system and process, and streamlined and defined culture. For Marcus, helping impressive people find amazing opportunities is a reward in itself.

Outside of work, Marcus likes to spend his time exploring cities and hopefully indulging in some good food and craft cocktails along the way. He also loves discovering new art, and as a hobby, likes dancing, both ballet and modern.

Marketing Advisor

Peter Cohen

As a marketing advisor, Peter brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to CloudMyBiz, Peter has over 30 years experience developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for technology companies. He has held senior roles for various technology vendors, including Authoria, Lotus, and IBM.

Over the years, Peter has specialized in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Cloud-based solutions, Marketing, Messaging, Customer Acquisition Plans and Marketing Content. He is the Managing Partner of SaaS Marketing Strategy Advisors, which helps SaaS companies acquire and retain customers.

Peter is an avid gardener, with a specialization in tomato plants! However, his gardening time is unfortunately restricted by the whims of New England weather. Otherwise, he can likely be found watching European football (soccer), and cheering on Manchester United.  

Marketing & Content Manager

Ryan Kuhlman

Ryan has always been someone to wear many hats and take on many types of work. He worked in restaurants and food service for many years, before recently switching to writing, where he could better use his creative side. It was a natural fit because he always had a notebook and pen with him anyway. The blogging and other content writing has naturally bled into marketing and a whole host of new interesting projects.

Outside of work, Ryan loves finding new and interesting restaurants, reading and working on various art projects at home. He also might be addicted to spicy food. Especially buffalo wings. Finally, he loves being outside. Whether in a park or walking by the river, he finds it relaxing and rejuvenating.  

Sales Account Executive

Matt Cunningham

Matt has been in financial services since leaving college. Prior to coming to CloudMyBiz, he spent 3 years as a mortgage loan officer, and most recently a year working at a commercial lender called Currency Capital, specializing in equipment financing and working capital.

He is well experienced with  Salesforce, having used it at his two previous companies, with CloudMyBiz being the third consecutive company that uses Salesforce as a CRM. As he continues to gain more experience with Salesforce, he is continually impressed with just how powerful of a tool it is.

In fact, CloudMyBiz being a Salesforce partner is one of the main reasons he chose to work here. He is looking forward to educating business owners on the capabilities of Salesforce and helping them tailor it to meet their specific business needs.

Outside of work, Matt is a very active person. He loves to play basketball, beach volleyball, and to go to the gym. He tries to do something active every day if possible. Relatively new to California, you can also likely find him exploring the various and beautiful landscapes nearby.

Having played college football at James Madison University in Harrisonburg, he sees a lot of parallels between life as an athlete and a career in sales. A lot of the same values such as discipline, consistency and resiliency, are what lead to success in both fields, and he is proud to work towards them everyday. 

Project Manager

Anike Bond

Anike comes to CloudMyBiz with over a decade of experience in the IT arena that spans across multiple industries supporting both internal and external customers, and working as both a PM and BA. She is PMP, CSM and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt certified. She has a variety of experiences in the Salesforce arena, including project management, implementation, e-commerce customer support, chatbots and more.

In her personal time, Anike loves to explore. Whether it is exploring new food, traveling to new places and locations, or just wandering through the woods. At home, she loves intimate gatherings with friends and family, especially if there is good food involved.

Sr. Lead Salesforce Business Analyst

Johann Lohrmann

Johann started his career working in entertainment, writing, directing and producing documentaries for PBS and PBS affiliates, where he received an Emmy nomination for a WWII documentary. After a while in entertainment, he found himself wanting to try something else. He gradually shifted away, and his natural love of research, analysis and problem solving led him into BA work. He has now spent 10+ years working as a Business Analyst for a number of companies, in a wide range of industries, such as government, marketing agencies and B2B SaaS. He has in-depth experience with building business processes and establishing plans for new ventures and solutions.

Outside of work, Johann can likely be found reading or wandering through the vast, uncharted territories of imgur and Reddit. He also enjoys building websites, and playing tennis when the weather is nice.

Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Patrick Stevens

Since 2006, Patrick has worked in a number of different industries, Consumer Packaged Goods, Corporate Housing, Hospitality & Entertainment and now Salesforce consulting and development. Throughout all of these positions, there has been one common theme: creating efficiencies through technology. When it comes to working, Patrick is tirelessly looking to identify opportunities for cost control, better strategic planning and find creative strategies to drive success.

Outside of work, he loves doing interior design projects for friends and family. He is also constantly trying out new recipes in the kitchen, so much so that his family almost never eats the same thing more than once every three months. He might be asked to cook for the office one day…

Salesforce Business Analyst

Ben Druk

Ben has been working with Salesforce since 2014, most of it prior to his time with CloudMyBiz. Before this, he worked with two different media companies as well as a non-profit, handling a number of different duties, from Salesforce setup to IT to product development. He likes to continue his learning of all things Salesforce with sites such as TrailHead.

Ben finds himself checking Twitter quite a bit. But not obsessively, he thinks. Living in New York, he spends most of his days hustling through the big city. Fast enough to miss plenty, but at the same time slow enough to strike up conversation with many. Like most people, he loves to stop and take in the scenery and the beauty of the city, when the weather permits of course.

Salesforce Business Analyst

Hoai Doan

Hoai previously worked for 8 years, as a Business Manager and Analyst (among other positions) for a 24-hour quick-casual concept in Downtown Los Angeles. Some of the many projects he worked on include managing the POS software as well as an integrated online ordering system and onboarding a mobile payment solution. Prior to CloudMyBiz, he had casual experience with Salesforce but is learning more and more every day.

Hoai loves photography and taking photos in his free time. He can often be found with his girlfriend spending time in nature, traveling, camping, and of course, taking photos of it all. Some of his favorite spots to visit are Yosemite, Zion, Havasupai, Joshua Tree, Death Valley, & Big Sur. Back at home, he has a small collection of pets, including dogs, bunnies and bantam chickens.

Matias Ocampo

Matias dove into software development in 2008 as a web developer. A year later he switched to Salesforce development and hasn’t looked back. He has worked as a Technical Lead, Consultant, and Senior Salesforce Developer, creating and developing projects for around 30 projects for different companies. He is experienced with Salesforce implementations, enhancements, products for the AppExchange, integrations with third parties, Heroku development and more.

Matias and his wife have 2-year-old twins, which is almost a full-time job. So in his few moments of free time, Matias likes to play football (soccer), Padel (look it up), go fishing, or just generally get out into nature. He normally doesn’t write an awful lot about himself.

Sebastian Munoz

Sebastian began his development career through small PHP and HTML websites in 2005. His curiosity and interest grew from there, where he began experimenting with more programming languages like Java. He began working with Salesforce in 2008. He is experienced in project management, team leadership, and new developer training, in addition to his role as a Senior Salesforce developer. He believes that each and every day is a good day to learn and grow, and tries to live by this idea.

Sebastian is a father of 3 and loves spending time with his family. Otherwise, he enjoys spending quality time with a few choice TV shows, such as Game of Thrones.

Quality Analyst

Om Rishi Quintero

Om is a bit of a scientist at heart. She is constantly testing things and examining the results (and not just with software). She was originally studying Genetics when she first heard of QA Testing. Her trial and error nature led to her falling in love with QA almost immediately. She has brought that love to SQA testing for companies in various industries, such as Banking, Health, and Mobile Entertainment. Though some people view ‘finding errors’ as a destructive task, she likes to think of it as an opportunity to deliver the best product possible.

When not analyzing details, Om, not surprisingly, loves learning new things and reading. Otherwise, you can probably find her either playing with her daughter or snuggled up with her cat and a cup of good tea.

Om is an ISTQB certified tester.

Salesforce Developer

Paolo Cosentino

Paolo began his journey towards software development as an architecture student. He began working part-time jobs as an assistant designer for video games. This grew to where we began getting freelance work as a programmer for games. Not long after, he officially changed his studies from Architecture to Software Engineering. He began working with Salesforce back in 2010, and has been a full-time Salesforce developer ever since.

Outside of work, Paolo has a wide variety of interests, including movies, Netflix and Youtube series, video games, music and racing cars. He also has an amateur interest in Astronomy, the universe and the cosmos overall, being quite a fan and follower of everything related to the modern space race. And of course, he always enjoys spending time with family over the weekends.

Salesforce Admin

Danica Guzman

Danica has over 7 years experience with Salesforce and as a top-notch Salesforce Admin. She has worked with companies of all sizes, from small 20-50 user orgs to large orgs (1000+). Some of those larger projects have included settings up Salesforce communities and comprehensive knowledge bases.
As someone dedicated to her job and of course, Salesforce she is working towards her first certification this year, and likes to participate in #SalesforceSaturday – where she keeps up with the latest and greatest in Salesforce developments.
Outside of work, she spends most of her time with her family and loved ones, hiking, and reading.
Accounting & Office Assistant

Tara Norkett

Tara comes to CloudMyBiz with an educational background in Psychology and Counseling. Her work experience began in property management, however after leaving that and spending some time at home with her kids, she taught herself accounting and transitioned into freelance bookkeeping. She is also the current Treasurer for Frisco Moms Care, a non profit organization in Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Her hobbies include exercising- (pilates, barre, lifting), reading and finding new alt indie bands on Spotify. On nights and weekends, you can likely find her at the gym, trivia nights, game nights, visiting new restaurants or hanging out with her kids and husband. Her and her family also regularly work on their house and other home improvement projects. Most recently, they laid 3000 sq ft of sod in the Texas heat, which was no small task to say the least.
